OBTAINING A LICENSE

Documents to be submitted in original or copy to the registry of the certifying authority:

​

• Application - must be submitted in original and must be endorsed by the instructor responsible for preparing the applicant

• Graduation Certificate - submitted in original and must be signed by the responsible instructors and the flight school representative

• Exam Report - submitted in original and must be signed by examiners and applicant  

• Solo Flight Authorization - submitted in original

• EASA / ICAO Medical Certificate or RACR-LPAN ULM Medical Record

• Notarial Declaration - to be submitted in original (for minor applicants)

• Proof of payment of financial obligations for the services provided by the authority - shall be submitted in copy

  !!! Documents submitted online do not need to be submitted to the registry.

• LogBook - must follow the completion guide

• Training Records - optional

• In-flight skill test form - submitted in copy / original at the registry or online

• Radiotelephone Operator Certificate -  for applicants operating radio stations

• Identification Card / Passport / Residence card / Residence permit  

• Other licenses - for those who benefit from the crediting of training courses
